Bad sunburn bumps/pimples?

I Got sun burnt and then before bed i put on some alo vera lotion mixture stuff and the next morning i had acne type bumpes all over the area i applied the lotion some had white heads some did not. i still have them and its been about 4 days and they dont seem to be going away. what should i do about these? has anyone else got these before?
