HELP ASAP PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!?

My phone, the Samsung Rouge, isn't working AT ALL! I mean, it's a touch phone and it won't work when I touch it. The Calibration won't work, I took the battery out and it won't work, and it's gets worse and worse. The Verizon stores aren't open and going there isn't an option. Please, I have NO CLUE what to do! My dad doesn't either. (I tried using voice command but it won't work when I get up to the Calibration point).
