How can i lose weight before summer?
ok so im 13. and like 140 pounds...ew....im also 5'6 so im like REALLY fat! i do softball and gymnastics and chearleadding if i make the school team. softball doesnt really help loose weight but gymnastics is helping me tone up a bit. and this week is tryouts for chear at my schoool and im trying out and before we even start we jog for 10 minutes. then we stretch. then we stunt and tumble. and then we have about an hour to ourselves to practice our jumps or cheer or dance. so thats a NICE workout. my legs hurt everyday! and ive also seen an improvement in my legs they toned up a lil. now for food.....oh god! dont get me started! i eat like crazy or i dont eat at all there are days i eat everything in sight and days i eat nothing at all.nothing!its weird...and alo i dont get enough sleep and i cant so dont bother saying that..i get 5 hours a night. so is there anyway i can loose weight preferably by the summer?
