Waterproof macara problems?

Maybelline Falsies mascara is a pain to get off! Which can be a good thing in the summer. It's it about $5-6 depending on where you go. Make sure the mascara you buy is water proof, not water resistant. Water resistant repells water, but it easier to get off making it smudge and run when you jump in the pool. Good luck!
