Calling all ear doctors!!!!!?

hi.....the problem is for as long as i can remember iv been able to make clicking sounds with my ears and wen i swallow.......alo i heard this may be related to jaw misalighnment which is strange because my right jaw clicks and pops loudly wen i move it up and down and to thr right........is this any form of TMJ?also iv had gromets wen i was younger.......iv also had problems such as constant ear infections wen i was younger....also if i flick my ears i hear a "swooshing" sound.....any 1 who can help????
