Did he just want sex? please help?

i met this guy who is 15 years older than me he is 40 yrs old, i noticed he was very possessive and jealous from the start and checking up on me alo. I took me out for dinner on the first date and was really nice to me. I then met up with him following week and i went to his flat, he was talking about other girls alot to try n make me jealous. he wanted to go to bed but i got into his bed fully clothed, he kept coming up close to me and hugging me in bed but we didnt have sex! we arranged to meet the following week, which he let me down twice i have chose not to talk to him since for a month and we havent bothered to txt eachother or call. I dont knw how somebody can be possessive and jealous from the start and then we dont even talk. Did he have feelings for me cos he was so jealous and ur only jealous if u have some sort of feelings there for someone?? please give me some good advice?
