Dragon age 2 rouge build for the ps3???

i have beat this game with a warrior. my question is what is the best build for a rouge from rings i think the black fox ring? weopons left and right carter weopon what about the black fox armor. amulets ??? and one more thing is there any NEW chaets?? all the ols ones have been patched.
