Help my pup tears up my chicken pen?

i have a 4 month old pup.we have chickens that stay in a big pen with wire around it and sleep in a little hut kind of that we open in the morning with a rope. the last few days my pup has been teaing bits of the wire out and the chickens will get out and start to eat grass, sometimes my pup will look at them ans sometimes she will bark. we patched the wire up and this morning i went to let out the chickens when i seen a new hole, the pup had gotten through and tried to let the sleeping cickens out of bed by pulling the rope (not succeeding thank god) what shall i do? the pup is half sheltie if that helps
