How do I become a great programmer?

Hi I was wondering is there are any good books on programming because I am 14 and have a huge intrest in stuff my goal is to become a programmer or internet security when Im older and if so how are good ways to study and memorize codes I have no experience in this type of stuff may I please have a word of advice from any programmers how they started off and where they learnt it from and how they got their job It would mean alo if someone gave me a great answer :)
