Is there a high quality game recorder, that wont get my game laggy?

i want to record a battlefield play4free match, and every program that i use gets my game laggy, and isnt very good. I tried fraps, but it only recorded a small portion, and i alo used wegame, and also very laggy, do u have any tips to use these programs?and just tell me some good progams that u use. please FREE.
