Sunburn hurts very very very badly!!!! please help!!!!!!!!!?

i went to the beach saturday and it is now monday..I did not use any sunscreen and we were out there for about 3 hours, I was really pale because i had been pregnant and had not been in the sun for about a year and i usually tan easy. I got a very severe sunburn and it still hurts very very badly. it is on my back and shoulders and it is making me feel really sick like the flu. I am very sore to where i cannot use my arms or it feels like it is stretching the skin and hurts very badly! i have been using alo vera spray and it does not even help the pain. it keeps randomly stinging like somebody is pricking me with a needle and i cannot sleep at night. should i go see a doctor and how long will this take to heal????? it is just very very red no blistering or anything else...
