What should I do about her?

I started a new job about a year ago and I met this older woman I have grown to be attracted to. When we first met we would only discuss work related items and we work in two different buildings so I would rarely see her. After a a while we started talking about more than just work. We started working on weekends together and going to dinner after work. She would always ask me if i needed anything for lunch and she usually calls me when she leaves every night and calls me when she arrives in the morning. she also calls me when she is driving home from work. She always tells me we should go to dinner after work. She also asks what I do on the weekend and how my family is doing. She also tells me to call her if i get bored or if i need something to definently call her. If I'm not at my desk when she calls she usually finds her way to my building and to my office to talk if she has not seen me all day. When we go to lunch or dinner it's always just her and I and she does not tell anyone within the office that we see one another outside of work. I don't tell anyone either. If i work on a weekend she usually tries to work the same day as I do. She is quite a bit older than I am but she is 45 and I am 29. She told me a story of how another co worker in one of our other buildings was saying some mean things to her and trying to ask her out and that she would never date anyone she works with or anyone like him. Then she asked me if I wanted to go to dinner with her that night. She said i am a much better guy than the one who said some mean things to her and that I could easliy have any women I want with no problem. A lot of our co workers compare me to the other gentlemen because they think i am this player type but she knows i'm not. We have been hanging out with one another for a while. I just recently moved into a new place and she said she wants to come over and alo meet my mother who lives with me because she is sick. She drops these hints that she only dates young guys and when i am dressed in outside of work clothing she always comments on how nice my shirts are or she likes what i have on. She tells her family about me and our inside jokes and stuff we talk about and places I take her to eat. She always says says she looks like crap and i always tell her she looks fine and that she is overreacting. I am unsure what to do since I have started to have feelings for this woman but I dont know what to do.
